The Synergy Points Collaboration Mixer is a professional development session for secondary school users of the Synergy Points system (RPFs, MTSS facilitators, teachers, and district staff). Using the ""unconference"" Edcamp model, the event emphasizes participant-driven dialogue and fosters collaboration and innovation in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).

This session will empower participants to shape the conversation, address shared challenges, and explore effective strategies for PBIS implementation. Through peer-led discussions and networking, attendees will build meaningful connections and exchange actionable ideas to support district-wide improvement efforts. The atmosphere is informal, collaborative, and centered on sharing and learning from each other. Instead of pre-set schedules and presenters, sessions are created on the spot by attendees based on their interests, expertise, and questions.
